Sharing a document with students or colleagues via Google Drive is very easy. As simple as it is, it is one of the most important functions of you Google Apps for Education (GAFE) account. Here is how to do it in a few simple steps.
- Open the document you would like to share
- In the top right corner, click the blue SHARE button.
- Type in the email address of the person with whom you'd like to share the document. (This is easier if you already have them saved as a contact)
- Click send.
