Google Chat Spaces has just undergone an upgrade that simplifies collaboration and makes shared content more accessible. The revamped Shared tab, previously called the Files tab, now offers a more comprehensive view of all shared resources.
In addition to individual files like Docs, Slides, PDFs, and Sheets, links posted in the Chat tab and Drive folders shared there will also appear in the Shared tab. This centralized approach makes it easier for teams to find and access everything they need in one convenient location.
This update offers a more intuitive and efficient way to manage and access shared resources within Chat Spaces. By consolidating links and folders in the Shared tab, Google has made it easier for team members to collaborate effectively and stay organized.
